Drivers are the foundation of our transportation business; they deliver what our customers need, when they need it, and in a safe and efficient manner. Our drivers work as a team and help create our partnership with our customers. Their top priority is customer service, helping to ensure that all objectives, timelines and budgets are met.

Benore employs three types of drivers:

Local Drivers run domestic routes around their home location and are home every day. Each driver uses 2013 or newer equipment and delivers no-touch freight to customers. Our drivers are trusted to handle customer freight in a safe and secure manner.

Depending on location, these positions are hourly- or mileage-based pay with a six-month review period for increases.

Regional Drivers typically run routes that span several states and are home 2-3 times per week. Each driver uses 2013 or newer equipment and delivers no-touch freight to our customers. Benore likes to keep routes uncomplicated to let drivers get in-and-out of each stop in an efficient manner.

These positions have mileage based pay and a six-month review period for increases. Apply now.

Driver Teams run our longest routes, using our best equipment, and are home weekly. Benore continuously rotates in new Kenworth trucks with the latest and greatest features to make the long trips as comfortable as possible.

Teams at Benore are paid based on mileage and rates are reviewed annually to ensure our teams are paid wages competitive in the industry.

Warehousing employees manage safe delivery and unloading of goods, efficient storage, and timely loading of our customers’ materials. Our employees work with internal partners and customers to deliver exceptional results. Employees are expected to learn and have an understanding of warehouse material handling equipment and inventory management processes, and a familiarity with inventory control standards, systems, best practices, and order management systems.

Types of positions available in our warehousing group include warehouse operations management, warehouse supervisor, inventory control specialists, material handlers, quality auditors, and on-site customer service positions.

Operations Managers are forward looking and provide proactive solutions to our customers by forecasting, monitoring trends in existing KPI information and driving continuous improvement efforts.

Supervisors provide day-to-day guidance to our operations by scheduling material handling support, managing solutions for customer expedite requests, increasing efficiency and work-load balancing, and ensuring we meet our service commitments.

Inventory Control Specialists support our operations and customers by auditing inventory accuracy, monitoring inventory placement, improving item velocity, managing customer quality assurance requests, and reporting item and bin accuracy results.

Material Handlers are the foundation of the warehouse and operate machinery ranging from wire-guided turret trucks to pallet jacks, pallet wrap machines to floor scrubbers, and are front line support for everything that arrives and departs our warehouse doors.

Quality Auditors are a vital part of our effort to exceed customer expectations. They are trained to inspect receipts and shipments for accuracy, ensure customer compliance, and inspect shipment and inventory condition before it is allowed to be stored or moved out of the warehouse.

Customer Service team members interact with our customers daily in order to provide information surrounding inbound and outbound order status, transaction history, and expedite status. Staff members are experts in our warehouse management system and in navigating our customer order management systems. Customer service is vital to our partners’ satisfaction with our solutions and confidence in our company.

The corporate staff at Benore includes accounting and finance, business development, compliance and safety, customer service, dispatch, driver management, human resources, industrial engineering, logistics engineering, project management, and supply chain management professionals.

These employees work together to deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations. Benore is a fast paced company and employees who can quickly adjust and problem solve will be successful in their roles.

Shop Supervisors

Supervisors are more than just diesel maintenance professionals, they are leaders and mentors for their team of maintenance technicians.  Shop Supervisors are involved in the day-to-day activities of the maintenance department, ensuring that communication flows across the different teams and to other departments when necessary.

Maintenance Technicians

Maintenance Technicians keep operations running smoothly and help maintain our goal of safety and accuracy. They are responsible for repair and preventative maintenance of our trucks and trailers.  Mechanics who care about the work they do and are wanting to be part of a positive and thriving environment will be successful with Benore.  Certifications are not required but may be preferred depending on experience and skill level.

Maintenance Coordinators

The Maintenance Coordinator’s role is an essential part of the Benore Maintenance team, as it will provide support and organization to the Mechanics and the Maintenance Shop Supervisors.  As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will drive the momentum of the maintenance team and help ensure that repairs and tasks are performed within a timely manner. To be successful in this role, multi-tasking, precise data entry, and effective communication are key.
